Transferring the Personal Data to the Third Parties in the Domestic Context
Your Personal Data can be transferred to the relevant Public Authorities and our Suppliers for the aforementioned purposes and legal basis.
Transferring the Personal Data to the Third Parties in the International Context
Your Personal Data cannot be transferred abroad. The data is stored within the domestic servers.
Data Storage Duration
Your personal data is primarily stored for the duration stated in the legal legislation. If there is no such statement, the personal data is stored for the duration necessary for the processing purposes. With due regards to any disputes arising from a possibility of a request by the court or a request by relevant authorities arising from any Law arriving late to our side, the duration to store the data is determined by adding between 6 months to 1 year to the period either determined in an Law or (if not available) determined by the processing purpose and by the end of the determined duration, the personal data are deleted. Regarding the Job Applications we determined the data storage duration to be 2 years.
Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data
Regarding your personal data you reserve the right to:
· To inquire whether the data has been processed or not,
· If processed, to inquire information relating to it,
· To inquire the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether the processing has been in accordance with the purpose,
· To know the third parties who obtained your personal data in the domestic or foreign context,
· To request an amendment to your personal data if it is missing or mistakenly processed,
· To request for the erasure of your personal data under the conditions anticipated in KVKK,
· To request for the notification of third parties upon your demand for the amendment of missing/ mistaken data or for the erasure of data, and
· To request for the rectification of any harm that you have endured due to your personal data being illegitimately processed.

For your application to be considered, it shall fulfil the conditions under the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for the Request to Data Controller. You can reach the relevant Communique from this address: www.resmigazete.gov.tr.

Requests regarding your personal data will be replied by the method you applied to latest within 30 days after it reaches us.
